This blog is about my life as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) – how I survive the challenges of everyday life and the ups and downs of being much more sensitive than the average person.
Whether you are a HSP or non-HSP, I hope that you enjoy my stories and that they help you on your journey of high sensitivity or understanding other peoples’ high sensitivity.

It has generally been a frustrating, depressing and lonely time. Each day feels like Groundhog Day, as I wake up each morning and sit in front of my computer for another day of videoconference calls and endless tasks. Sometimes I am very productive and complete my work efficiently but at other times, it all feels like too much of an effort.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”12px”][vc_btn title=”READ MORE” style=”outline-custom” outline_custom_color=”#008acc” outline_custom_hover_background=”#008acc” outline_custom_hover_text=”#ffffff” shape=”square” align=”left” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fmyhsp.life%2Fhow-lockdown-has-taught-me-the-joy-of-solitude%2F|title:Blog||”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row disable_element=”yes” css=”.vc_custom_1600766718422{padding-top: 60px !important;padding-bottom: 20px !important;}”][vc_column]
